I think he tweaked something making a save about halfway through the first. He seemed to have a hard time getting up after it. Not sure if it was that though.

The double standard in this league is disgusting, honestly. Third liner Andrew Shaw suspended one playoff game for a similar incident a year ago. Superstar/team captain Ryan Getzlaf gets a fine. The league doesn't give a #### about this sort of thing, they just pretend to. And maybe the word Shaw used was a little "worse", but it shouldn't matter. There should be zero tolerance for this sort of thing. I mean, what year is it?

I've been listening to a bit of American sports radio and the consensus opinion is that hockey playoffs is better than basketball playoffs. I agree completely. There is no competition in basketball until the final two. But this is the perfect example. Hockey is way more of a team sport. Top guys go down and the better team still wins.

Full marks to Predators for the victory.
Massive response with your top 2 C injured.
Nashville dominated the third period and won a ton of puck races and battles.

Here's a bad quality clip of Perry trying to break a referee's hold on his jersey:
DeAngelo was suspended 3 games when he did something similar in a game here vs the Flames:

Luckily for Perry, the referee chose not to slap him with an abuse of official penalty there. But yeah, by the rules, that should be a three gamer.

Great comparison clips AC.
Perry action is worse as he is way more aggressive and persistent.
Should be suspended.

yeah, it's been a really poor year in the NBA playoffs from what I've heard... LeBron is on a mission it seems like. Totally trucked TO and look like they will do the same to Boston.
Golden State and Cleveland could be a fantastic series though... it might save the playoffs, or at least a little bit in terms of ratings in the finals at least

If you watched the NBC feed for the last 2 minutes of the game, it's hard to count all the missed calls from the officials...Wow!
Man those Ducks are dirty, chippy, slimy too.
