I think Vegas wins the Cup regardless with Thompson healthy but Hill has been on a good run with them. Still good asset management by AZ, they got a 2nd for Hill a year before SJ got a 4th for him.

Thompson and Hill were both .915 guys last year. Brossoit was a .927.

Hill played amazing for them, no need to downplay it

who knows if they other two would have done the same against stiff competition when the pressure was on

No, that's fair, and Brossoit's numbers weren't nearly as good in the early goings of the playoff run. Hill has certainly turned into a much better goalie than I ever thought he'd be. I still think Thompson is the guy long-term in Vegas, though.

The most important thing is that Hill and Vegas' other injured players are back in time to eliminate the Oilers in round one.
