I think it was 2-way too. He's lucky to be working.

maybe they keep him around to boost the confidence of the team in practice. Anyone looks good agains him, all the guys shooting on him think they're great and the other goalie(s) make way more saves then him!

But does he finally have a stall, or is he still using an upside-down garbage can?

I thought that he was undefeated in practice and and just couldn't win real games.

I hope he turns things around and fights for a starting spot.

He's had his moments but he's just not consistent enough to maintain a full time position. IMO he's no worse than Karlsson.

Surprised he got more than league minimum. Wish him well same as all ex-Flames.
... well, except Fuhr and Smith.

CBJ with the old "if their names are long with letters and sometimes hard to say, they're probably good goalies" theory at work for their starting and backup goaltending situation.

Good signing, for Columbus at least. He might actually steal a spot with Mason and Bobrovsky on the same team
Still can't believe he's been on 4 different teams (5 if you count being on Tampa for 4 days before getting waived) since we let him go

McElhinney has more lives than a cat. Not sure what Columbus sees in the guy considering all the teams he played for before.

I am surprised Tabasco is still in the NHL and even more surprised he got signed July 1. For Columbus to think he might be taken if they do not sign him right away is a little odd.
I assumed if he got signed it would be late July or early August. After some team exhausted all of their options they would go to Curtis as a Plan C guy with some NHL experience under his belt.

I like Cowboy Curtis, always have. He's a nice person/average goaltender, and has a flair for sweet ass cages.
