In fairness to PIMking, he has sat back while a lot of people have antagonized him, and insulted his country. Everyone has a breaking point. You can't expect people to just sit there forever and take it.
fair enough, but you're trying to make him out like Mother Teresa and the rest of us posting our anti gun thoughts are Al-Qaeda.
At any rate, I think he should try the broth diet hunger strike to draw attentioin to his cause, not a goodbye cruel CP, thread.
I get pretty frustrated at the ignorance displayed by a lot of people about Americans. My wife is an American and I have spent quite a bit of time in the US. The only people I have notices being total ######bags while I have been down there are Canadian tourists.
I try and steer clear of those threads for fear of getting binned.
That being said, goodbye threads are lame.

That's weird because I have been to the States many times and haven't seen what you have. You must be generalizing.
On a side note though, have you ever been to Mexico? I'd bet 9/10 db tourists are NOT Canadian.

I haven't run into it much, a few times at the beach in North Carolina where there were some dicks from Quebec and Ontario.
I never said that DB American tourists don't exist, I said the people in America I have encountered are awesome and I have never had an 'ignorant 'Merican' encounter and I have been to Texas, Alabama, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC, Virginia and the Carolinas.
Disliking Americans is kind of like when you're 18 and enjoy Molson Canadian beer. It's awesome and fun at the time, it makes you feel patriotic for some reason, but the only reason you do it is because you really don't know any better.
That's my thoughts.

I guess a lot of it depends on how well you know the person also.
I have a friend who lives in Phoenix, He has a couple of friends who he meets regularly at a bar and plays some pool and have some beers. I've met the guys and they are fine to do just that with.
But, as my freind says, if the conversation ever turns to anything in the realm of politics, gun control, both these guys turn into Murica, fawk ya, hillbillys. Like most Americans I have met they know nothing of the world outside their borders but are willing to argue that their way of life with guns and Health care is better than anywhere in the world, Europe, Australia, Canada, wherever. I'd be surprised if they could even find 2 out of those 3 places on a map.
So, sure I've met a lot of Americans I like too, but our opinons on a lot of things are so completely opposite, there is no way we would get along outside of a very limited relationship.

In your attempt to sound enlightened you come across very ignorant. Stick to what you know "Duffman"
