And the Crunch pretty much clinch this one with an empty net goal.

1:30 left in the game and Flames down 3 goals.

What a very see-saw game. One team has all the momentum, then the other, then swings back. Crunch put up 4 unanswered goals in the 3rd period to take the win after the Flames absolutely dominate the 2nd period.

Looking at Baby Flames roster, boy have they been gutted recently.

Baertschi traded
Poirer Up
Shore Up
Ferland Up
McGratton On Leave
Potter Up
Ortio Injured

4/6 top 6 forwards, top pair dman, starting goalie.

What do you project next years lines to be Drury? I guess Klimchuk, Carroll, possibly Janko, Hunter Smith will be coming next year.

To guess next year's lines I would have to resurrect the "Coach Ward Lineup Dartboard" again.

I have no idea where even to start guessing. We have alot of RFA's coming up this year (Wolf, Hanowski, Van Brabant, Arnold, Agostino, Acolaste, Ramage, Cundari, Reinhart and Elson) and I'm not sure which of those will be resigned/traded/let go. Thiessen, Potter, Seto and Grats are UFA's. Yonkman is probably close to retirement. Hathaway, Tousi, Carr and Stevenson only have AHL deals for 1 year.

No clue what will happen in goal, I DOUBT Ortio is back. I think we will also have a new backup goalie.

Safe to assume Kulak, Culkin and Sieloff will start in the AHL. Wotherspoon is more than likely NHL bound after this season. Depending on how Culkin comes back from the injury, he could be a partial year AHL'er.

The only forwards with any certainty would be Reinhart, Klimchuk and Carroll. Poirier and Granlund will be NHL'ers.

I feel bad for Reinhart, he's more then an AHLer player but got lost in the shuffle this year and never regained his confidence.

I hope we can package him and he goes on to a decent NHL career.

Agostino too. Both these guys could easily crack a team like Winnipeg's roster.

I suppose Reinhart could be a 4th liner in the NHL, but anything beyond that would be a huge surprise.
