So what do I say about Klimchuck, wow. Granted the blades are a horrible team this year, he still stood out.

3 points. He looked great. Honestly if I could draw any comparison, I don't know if its the jersey or what, but he reminded me a lot of Eberle tonight. He was threading passes, sniped a corner, and when I thought I had him labeled as a offensive minded play maker he came off the bench and laid a board shuttering hit right infront of my seat.

Very, very impressed with Klimchuk tonight. He was all over the ice and gave a solid effort every shift. From what I could gather from the Saskplace regulars, this is a normal night for him. Good news for us.

So when you look at Keegan Kanzig, you don't even contemplate how intimidating he might look to opposing players? You've never looked at a player and thought "Yeesh, I would not want to play against him."

Klimchuk doesn't look like a scary dude who is going to beat me to a bloody pulp. He looks more like the kid in middle school that got swirlied every lunch hour. It doesn't make him less of a threat. He just doesn't strike fear. How can you not see that?

That's really just a bad picture of him.

To me, he reminds me of the kind of kid that everyone can't help but like and respect. The kind of kid that gets good grades through hard work but is never really thought of as a nerd for it. He carries himself very well.

I wouldn't be scared to fight him or anything, but Klimchuk really is the kind of guy you would want to work with. Even outside of hockey, you look to hire people like Klimchuk. He seems like he would be a great guy to do any kind of work with, which is something pretty rare in chl stars.

So, is anyone actually watching this game? Any comments on how Klimchuk has looked?

Watched bits and pieces but haven't noticed Klimchuk much.

Reinhart scored a beautiful goal though.

Klimchuk is playing pretty physical. Good speed and vision.

Just playing a better team.

I watched half the second and the third but not intently. From what I saw the word I'd use to describe Klimchuk's game tonight, outside of one sequence, was invisible.

However the whole Pats team weren't good and again, I was watching, but half heartedly.

Sam Reinhart made a Pats defender go all gumby on his goal in the third. It was a weird goal.

Watched most of the game, Klimchuck plays a full 3 zone game, was out against the top line all night so mostly a shutdown roll for the game. The play by play guys talked about him quite a bit and said Calgary is going to be very happy with this kid as he pays a complete game,pk,pp offence, defensive sound etc. Although he didn't show much offence in the game his defensive game was top notch and is maybe why some thought he was invisible. I was quite happy with his game.

That goal was straight out of the And1 playbook. So nasty.

4 point game tonight for Klimchuk - 1 goal and 3 assists in an 8-0 win over Prince George! His goal was a shorthanded goal.
