Elliott just posted a 0.880sv% and costs half as much...he's been below 0.900sv% 3 of 6 playoff years.

Kipper was only below 0.900sv% once during the playoffs of the 7yrs he was there (only played 1 and 3 games for SJ in their playoff seasons).

I wish I could find the video but I remember one sequence when he played for the Flames where he missed like 10 one timers in a two minute powerplay.

He has aged 50 years since quitting the Late Show. Beard doesn't help. Still the best.

Good stats pull.

I think MAF would be a repeat of Elliott for similar reasons. Sign the guy that has shown to elevate in the playoffs or at least maintains respectable numbers more often than not, if you're going to go the vet route.

Goes to show how little support Miikka was given with the shoddy teams in front of him, and what could've been with a stronger roster..

Not saying I'm a proponent of signing the guy, but wasn't Mike Smith lights out for the Yotes the few times they cracked the post-season?

Is that really his girlfriend? Even in the celebrity world she looks way too young for him. It's good to see him out and about and having some fun as he's a quirky dude and has struggled with depression and you hope once their careers are over they can fill the void of their career.

You could buy a Kesler or Bieksa jersey to wear.

When the Ducks score and if the camera is on you, shoot the double guns. Oiler fans need to feel that.

Hey man, if Riders and Oilers fans feel fine wearing their jerseys to all events (up to and including weddings), you should be fine to wear a Flames jersey. I can't speak to the sheer volume of chirping you'd take though.
