I thought it would be that they were able to void some of their big non-essential contracts or something towards the benefit of cap space.

I think the general complaint about this thread is that it is not properly titled, nor is the information presented in the OP sufficiently clear. I have no idea what the "good news" is without opening the thread, and to make matters worse, I still have no idea what is going on after reading the OP.
