#### I love that Marchand/Crosby/Bergeron line, their chemistry is incredible.

Gotta love how Europe plays. All heart, all effort, 100% balls out but also trying ridiculous things like Tatar going between the legs. They're basically operating on a "let's throw the kitchen sink at them and see what happens" strategy. Don't know if they can maintain that for 3 periods much less 3 games but it sure is nice to see. There's no resignation to their fate. Frankly this is what the USA should have played like.

I know it's been said before. But my God Thornton's beard.

A monument to manliness.

Well, Stammer was certainly due for one. Doesn't get any easier than that. Chara isn't Chara anymore... Europe literally can't make a mistake or it's in their net.

The goal resulted from a zone exit pass through a Canadian forward's legs. Europe has to do ridiculous things to have a chance. I doubt Babcock is too worried. But I was honestly kind of happy they got one, hard not to feel for the plucky underdog group here.

And then the Canadians grind out a gritty goal.

3-1

You know, it's sort of amazing that if it wasn't for Sidney Crosby, Europe looked like they might have a chance.

Unfortunately they have to play against the best player in the world in best player in the world form. Along with the best goalie in the world and a bunch of all stars. I feel bad for them.
