I really enjoy Kristen Hallet's interviews - especially with the young players. She's like their cool big sister who helps bring them out of their shell.
The one interview that made me laugh the hardest was when she told Backlund to "sparkle" when looking into the camera.

Does she play a role on the team? Yes, she creates a great atmosphere during interviews and overall makes the Flames media a much more fun experience rather then your standard clichés.
