Geez, I watched most of the first set between Milos and Zverev that Zverev ended up winning in a tie-breaker, then I had to run an errand thinking I'll be back to catch the end of the second set. Much to my surprise, Zverev takes the second set and the match in short order (6-1)

Match suspended due to rain and will be resumed earlier Saturday morning. Probably just the tonic Delpo needed as he was looking a bit shaky out there.

Wow, Zverev takes the title in straight sets (6-4. 6-3). Joker played his best match one match too early. Congrats to Alexander Zverev on his first Masters 1000 title, he's the real deal.

Noope. Better question might be is Zverev the biggest threat to Nadal in Paris?

It could be Thiem. He has faced Nadal each of the last 3 weeks and finally beat him a few days ago.
5 sets is a different animal though.

French Open qualies start today!
Pospisil is not there. Had to qualify so decided to take time to rest for grass court season. Also flying from Busan to Paris would not have been a good idea. Not playing doubles either.
Polansky, Diez and Shapovalov are in action today
[25] Polansky vs Bhambri [IND]
Diez vs [11] Lacko [SVK]
Shapovalov vs [1] Copil [ROM]
