Yikes. Hope Cammy is okay. He has really picked it up the last couple of games and would like to seem him continue to build on this. Also flames light up the Jackets 6-1!!

We are going to get off to another quick start with a Hudler snipe. CLB will tie it up in the second on a Butler miscue. Backlund will put us ahead for good and Glencross with and empty netter.

3-1 Flames 1star to Leland 2star to Mason 3star to Backlund

I think we'll see a tentative first by the Flames but we rally and it's a close game all the way through. 3-2, not sure for who.

I think we win this one, best under 500 team in the league right now. If the Flames play like they did against Chicago and Detroit they'll demolish CBJ. This years team is different than last, they try and don't suck as hard

James Wisniewski D 02/04/2013 is out indefinitely Out concussion
Flames should be scoring at least four goals...

I'll say 5-0 Flames with Irving stealing the show.

Well they may be without the main ingredient but at least they still have ingredients. The Flames shootout mixing bowl contains Tanguay and no other ingredients. If Tangs doesn't score the Flames have no chance at winning a shootout.

Interesting, I never knew he had to battle cancer at such a young age. That's going to make me like/cheer for him even more!

I don't think that is true.

Look at vancouver. Burrows is their only definite in the shoot out because he is money with that stupid move.

I bet guys like Brodie and Derek smith have a couple flashy moves. Ability and puck skill.

Most of the time I think it's all about having a move and just going for it. If you miss, you miss.

When I watch toews, tanguay, etc, they all dictate and force the goalie to open something up. Iginla, with that sweeeeeeeeeeeet dangle on luigi was the same thing. Same with joker and his 5 hole move. They all came in though with a single distinct move in their head before the goalie presents anything.

I miss when Tanguay would just seem to fake a deke and fire it top corner glove side. He was complete money for like 10 shootouts doing that move.

That is a seriously sweet 'fro on Irving. We win just because of that.

3-1 Flams.

Irving looks like Wheels from Degrassi in that pic.

Flames win this easily and handily 6 -2.

15-0 Flames. Cervenka, Hudler, Iginla, Wideman, and Glencross all get hat tricks.

I think the Flames will follow tradition and allow 42 shots against Irving. Leland will stand tall and stop 40 of them for the 4-2 win.

Iginla, Glencross, Wideman, Cervenka with the goals.
