Also willing to bet that Trump's plan will include a huge tax cut for owner operated pass-through companies, which shockingly is exactly the kind of business he runs!

Trump promised to drain the swamp and then hired a bunch of Goldman Sachs execs to high level government positions. Now he has cut regulations on wall street and will give them a big tax break. Wall Street has bent Trump over and he likes it.
But, this is what he told his dummy followers on the campaign trail.

Quote:
"I'm really good at that stuff," he said in Iowa. "I know Wall Street. I know the people on Wall Street. We're going to have the greatest negotiators of the world, but at the same time I'm not going to let Wall Street get away with murder. Wall Street has caused tremendous problems for us. We're going to tax Wall Street."

Trump also highlighted his independence from campaign contributions. "I don't care about the Wall Street guys," he said. "I'm not taking any of their money

Yep... it's already in the works. Article is behind a paywall though.

http://www.vox.com/platform/amp/2017...ahca-amendment

The new Republican amendment, introduced Tuesday night, would allow states to waive out of Obamacare’s ban on preexisting conditions. This means that insurers could once again, under certain circumstances, charge sick people higher premiums than healthy people.

Republican legislators liked this policy well enough to offer it in a new amendment. They do not, however, seem to like it enough to have it apply to themselves and their staff. A spokesperson for Rep. Tom MacArthur (R-NJ), who authored this amendment, confirmed this was the case: Members of Congress and their staff would get the guarantee of keeping these Obamacare regulations.

that'll teach that Obama guy.

More winning!

Mexico and the U.S. have fought for years over tuna. The U.S. insists that any Mexican tuna sold in the U.S. must be "dolphin safe," meaning dolphins weren't killed by tuna fisherman, which was once common. Mexico says its fisherman play by the rules. The U.S. government disagrees.

On Tuesday, the World Trade Organization ruled in Mexico's favor, allowing it to impose trade sanctions worth $163 million a year against the U.S. The WTO says that's how much money Mexico has lost from the U.S. unfairly penalizing Mexican tuna.

Donald Trump's team is readying an executive order to take the US out of the North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta), it has been reported.
Quote:
The order has been submitted for final review to the appropriate teams within the White House and may be signed as early as the next few days.

The deal, one of the largest trade agreement in the world, was originally signed in 1994 by President Bill Clinton and allows free trade between the three countries in North America.

Mr Trump speaking in Wisconsin recently said that the agreement has been “very, very bad for our companies and for our workers, and we’re going to make some very big changes or we are going to get rid of Nafta once and for all.”

The White House confirmed that Peter Navarro, head of the National Trade Council, drafted the bill with Trump strategist Steve Bannon, Politico reported.

I thought congress had to be involved on changes to trade agreements? Can an EO be used? Or is this going to have another judge kick it down?

Trump is just flailing before the 100 day mark. He's not going to be able to maintain the little bit of sanity he has.

Member when some people thought Trump would be "good for Canada" because he was going to approve Keystone XL? Big ol' "derp!" on that one, eh?

Can't wait for them to go after some other long standing laws.

The thing keeping back the lower income families is that not everyone can work! This executive order gets rid of antiquated child labor laws and lets families choose for themselves how to make money!

I know. I only have a little over 6 months to establish a black market network for getting Mexican goods from Canada down to the States!

Can we just cut to the chase, ban women from the workplace, and bring back slavery? Getting real sick and tired of Trump trying to coddle these libtard snowflakes.

National Economic Director Gary Cohn on Trump's new tax reform plan: "I would never, ever bet against this President. He will get this done for the American people."

It would be funny if he wasn't so dangerous.

President Donald Trump's aggressive rollback of the Obama administration's climate policies is already changing the trajectory of the world's efforts on global warming, with some analysts estimating it will mean billions more tons of greenhouse gases entering the atmosphere during the next decade and a half.

But, then again, climate change is a hoax started by the Chinese.

I loved that press conference outlining tax reform. Two Goldman Sachs guys trying their best to say how great it will be for all Americans.

How much will the average family of 4 save? We don't know.

How much will Donald Trump save? We don't know.

I guess I'm a pessimist but I don't see how any tax reform will be put forward by this administration without trying to help out Trump and his friends as much as possible.
