Anybody going to the game? I was lucky enough to be in Vancouver for the 2014 Grey Cup (bucket list!); might go next year as it'll be Edmonton.

I was also at the game in 2014 (easy trip for me as I work in Burnaby and live on Vancouver Island now). Can't swing the trip to Ottawa though. Will we see a horse on Parliament Hill?

Weather looks bad with snow for the game.

It's going to be a toss up. The CFL panel needs to diss Messam some more because i don't think he is going to show up.

I would hope the team collectively still has a bitter taste in their mouth from last year's game. For Messam personally, he's 32 years old and as DD said yesterday, how many more chances is he going to get to win a Grey Cup?

We all know that! I find it extremely troubling he has to channel hatred towards the CFL panel to shift it to the next gear. Well they pushed Burris last year to the Cup. Maybe it's 2 years in a row.

Even with their history of blowing it in the playoffs I just don't see Calgary losing again. One of these years the dominant regular season team will show up in the big game and they'll win a GC 42-3. I feel like this could be that year. And while I'm sad that we won't get that amazing Calgary-Sask match up, if the Stamps are gonna destroy someone, I'm glad it won't be the Riders.

Unless Ricky Ray gets hurt on the first possession there is no way we blow out the Argos.

I have to admit, Ricky Ray is the only player out of Oilers/Esks that i have total respect for. One of the greatest of all time.

Well the weather can be a great equalizer. If there's snow and the field is slippery there could be some random breakdowns due to players losing their footing. I'm hoping the field is in good shape.

I would add Mike Reilly to that list. He plays every game like it's his last and leaves everything out there on the field. I can't believe some of the hits he takes over a football season and just gets back up like it's no big deal.

Im feeling pretty confident for Sunday. I cant see this Stamps team losing the big game 2 years in a row to a middle of the road team out of the East. I wouldnt even be suprised to see the Stamps lay the boots to the Argos early and never let go.

I was wary last season heading into the playoffs, but after the Stamps pummeled the Lions in the west final I thought they weren't going to be denied against a crap team like Ottawa.

That's what Stamps fans get for being confident. They get a big juicy brown coiler dropped on top of their heads.

The Agros were 4-7 at one point, have since gone 6-2 and have the always dangerous Ricky Ray running the show. Even still, just like last year there is no way the Stamps should lose this game.

Calgary has a better defence this year. Big difference.

I’m planning on going next year in Edmonton, incredibly jealous of everyone making the trip this week!

Just hate all this talk about last year because of the bad memories. Just hope the Stamps remember the feeling and get it done.

For you, or anyone who hasn’t listened check out the episode of the Horseman Radio Podcast with Josh Bell from last week. It’s a great insight into the mentality of the team and washed away any worries I had about them not being 100% focused on winning the Grey Cup. Nobody in that locker room is content with just making it to the game this year.
