Default Shot Luck

Wow. This kind of party changed my life. It's a pot luck, except instead of bringing your favorite dish, everyone brings a 26 and mix, puts it on a table, and everyone drinks whatever they want.

You know, at other parties, we drink. We might start at around 8 with a couple beers, maybe move on to some hard stuff like rum or rye, and usually dip in to a couple shots. It's all over maybe around 1am.

Now these are just the most energized/sloppy/epic parties. They start the same, but they end up in going on adventures through fish creek til 6am, skinny dipping, loud music, booze watermelons, girls kissing, dudes bailing off long boards... you get the picture.

Recommended boozes include:

Vodka, White Rum, Malibu (should really have 2x26s), Blue stuff (forget what it's called), Tequila, Sour Puss, Jack Daniels, Rye, and Amaretto

Mixes:

Pepsi, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice

Materials:

Clear cups, Sharpie

Whoever pulls the "drank too much, too early" (in our crew at least) and passes out gets a lightning bolt mustache, uni-brow, penises drawn on the torso, and is lovingly known as "Buck Taffy"... don't ask how we came up with that. This is not imperative to the Shot Luck, and can occur independently. It is, however, highly recommended.

What other awesome party styles does CP know of?

This thread is directly related with the "Best way to get in shape" thread. It is a great example of how not to.

What's so great about getting drunk to a point where you pass out?

There's nothing cool about it. But it is cool when it's someone else and they wake up covered in dick drawings and have to work that morning. That, my friend, is awesome.

We do something like that with a couple sets of neighbours ... it's called a blender party. Everybody brings their blender and whatever cocktail ingredients that are in their house. We set a laptop on the table and start looking up cocktail recipes.

Fair enough. I'm still young. I probably wouldn't want to read books and fall asleep with drool dripping in a rocking chair on my Saturday nights, but to each his own!

Mmm... Gin. I love Gin... a little too much. If you throw that in the equation it's bad news for me.

I forgot Sambucca too. And Jagger.

When I get home I will post the pictures of Buck Taffy. I just wish I had the pictures/video of the girls making out. Seriously, it's hot. They deleted them in the morning though. We could have restored the memory card I guess but they weren't on my camera.

It's actauly quite sad when it's someone else. People who drink and pass out tend to do stupid things that might hurt themselves. A former friend in my teens got beat up quite badly when he hit on another guys girlfriend.

You have to know your limit right? Also, we tend to have a close crew. We wouldn't have a party like this unless we knew who everyone was.

Maybe he should've drank more so he passed out before he got the chance to hit on her.
