Take 10 Cafe was better...
I think this city needs more places that don't blow billions on decore and fancy-pants extras so they can charge $18 for a burger, and $8 for a pint. All the good affordable ones get renovated into foody money pits.

Nope the owners packed up shop and decided to retire, It'll probably be another high end cafe replacing it once the building is done
