So I went to set my PVR this morning and SN Flames listed it as an 8:30 start. Do you think my booked recording will update once they fix it?

And oh gad, is this going to mean 10 second tape delay for play by play?

Hartley also stated Mark Giordano (lower body, day-to-day) will likely be a game time decision tomorrow.

I'm headed to Dallas in a couple hours to go take in the game. Hopefully a little better result than their 3-0 loss there last year.

Psyched Monahan is staying up so I can see him play in person.

Now I need to decide if I wear my Fleury jersey and get "crackhead" taunts, or my new Gio sweater and get stoned lipped ignorance since the Stars fans never heard of him.

Also would be nice if they played Horak at Center

If they win tonight, would be a pretty decent trip.

The only question is, which flames' defenseman is he going to go around to score his highlight reel goal?

Two days rest after being smashed around by the Kings and offensively stifled against the Coyotes. I think they'll be just fine tonight.

Looks like he isn't playing at all:

Pat Steinberg@Fan960Steinberg1m

Looks like the Stars are scratching Alex Goligoski tonight against the #Flames. No points in eight games and -10.

Roger Millions@RogMillions56s

No Giordano for #Flames morning skate...does not look like he plays tonight in Dallas.

Well, looks like Stajan is back and Horak is on his way to Abby.

#Flames morning skate in Dallas. No Mark Giordano (injured) and no Roman Horak, but Matt Stajan is out there.

Crap.

I was really hoping Giordano would be ready... maybe he still will and just is resting for the morning skate... if he doesn't come back, then good luck Breen Giant!

Having Stajan back will be huge. He can win faceoffs, and hopefully he'll help out Glencross too.

Baertschi looks like a scratch for #Flames tonight.

Roger Millions ‏@RogMillions 5m
McGrattan also looks like a scratch.

Roger Millions ‏@RogMillions 6m
Prob #Flames Lines - Glencross Stajan Stempniak - Galiardi Backlund D. Jones - Cammalleri Monahan Hudler - Bouma Colborne jackman

Roger Millions ‏@RogMillions 20m
#Flames David Jones suffered from the Flu yesterday but is taking morning skate..looks probable for tonight.

Boy if Goligoski can't play top 4 minutes that defense group is in trouble. Might even be worse than ours. Robidas is the only steady guy back there. Gonchar is pretty old. Daley is ok, but often makes defensive blunders. The rest are kids that are still pretty green.

Their forward group is pretty solid, but they rely a lot on Lehtonen to keep the puck out of the net, as we can see by the awful numbers for the rest of their goaltenders. This could be a 5-4 game tonight. Not sure who wins.

Healthy scratch or is he banged up a little?
