If Holland make it past Mexico then the Dutch should be thrilled because theres a great chance that the Netherlands make the final.

Yes.
Bagging a few goals against Bosnia, Nigeria and Iran isnt the same thing as playing against established teams.
And even then Messi barely managed it. Holland arent Real Zaragoza or whoever.

Same goes for Mexico. Those two teams are IMO the top 2 championship candidates on that side of the bracket.
So far Argentina hasn't impressed me. Messi is great obviously, but the rest of the team has been so-so. I won't be surprised if they get beaten before they even reach the top 4. (Not that I'll be surprised if they do make it through either, of course.)

Completely agree.
Argentina are doing the same thing they always do and play with too many attackers. They start matches with Messi, Aguero, Di Maria and Higuain. And if that doesnt work they can sub on Lavezzi and...?
It isnt balanced but so far Messi has saved them, but can it last?

Aguero is injured for the Switzerland game, so this may go in their favour.
I think Argentina have got progressively better through each game they've played, which is a good sign for them.

Chile wilk be a test but neymar jr should get the job done. Thiago Silva the best centre back in the world had been off his game I expect him to step up today.

This game is going to be huge. The pressure on the Brazilians is immense. They pretty much have to be perfect because Chile are no minnows.

Chileans are smart. Webb didnt book Fernandinho so that allows a free shot on Neymar.

Its ridiculous that the yellow cards from the group stage carry over to this game. You can see how hesitant the Chileans are because of it.

I agree. Yellows should clear after the group stage. Didn't it used to be that way? Why the change?

Cause the group stage got too rough and they didnt want a player suspended for the final on two separate yellows
