I hate to say it, but after seeing passenger jets full of people crash into the World Trade Center on live TV, I'm rather desensitized to this kind of thing. I used to cringe looking at this stuff, but the various live tragedies I've seen on TV as well as on the internet over the years has hardened me.

I'm surprised the mods haven't deleted that. As this is not a "who can post the most disturbing video" forum.

So let me see.....a nipple during Super Bowel is unacceptable, but dude capping himself is OK?

These types of things do not need to be seen. I have seen more than enough dead people in flesh and blood, and I still find those videos disturbing. FYI, film and video game violence is not the same, thank goodness.

Sad sad sad, all the way around.

Yeah, I was happy not having seen that video or ever heard of Dwyer. Now I've read the wikipedia on him, and have this crappy thought in my head of a guy offing himself in front of his wife and kids.

What's funny is that we can post graphic videos of people shooting themselves in the head, but I call Jay Feaster Jay "Shrek" Feaster in another thread and I get a warning from a Mod saying it's not appropriate and my post gets deleted. lol

Why is that funny? Maybe a mod didn't see it yet, or maybe the mod that deleted your post did it because the context may have been going in a direction that wasn't appropriate for a forum that is based on being fans of the Flames, who Jay Feaster is the GM of.

Why is it that when there is one questionable situation in the world, people feel the need to compare it to something totally unrelated? Oh, dogs are allowed on the patio at Ranchmans? Well, that's nice. Maybe we should solve the problems in the Middle East before we waste time allowing dogs on patios, eh?

You should continue complaining about that in every thread and PM the monitors each, separately, and let them know how unfairly your being treated.

All honesty, even with the spoiler tags, that Dwyer video should be taken off CP. That #### is very disturbing and graphic.

That was screwed up, whoever made that slip up and let that hit the air needs to be fired, now. This world is getting sadder by the day, hell, even look at this youtube comment:

That Dwyer video made me feel sick to my stomach the first time I watched it. I remember it being linked on CP before and I really regretted watching it. DO NOT watch it, trust me you'll want to throw up.

I am glad there are others that were bothered by that video. I've seen some pretty violent and gruesome things in real life and tv before but that one really threw me off. I think it was the conditions of it and how nonchalant the guy seemed that made it so bad. It's not like I'll have to go to a therapist over it but I still wish I didn't come across that, I guess because it was posted on here I thought it would be tamer than it was...

The fact that I am not at all bothered by the Dwyer video makes me realize that I may need to tone down the number of violent movies and shows that I watch.

The MODS removed the vid, but for those wishing they never watched it exactly what did you expect..a cartoon? I posted it with a Warning: Extremely graphic video.

Next time just don't give into your morbid curiosity.

I can't believe you guys have become desensitized to real life tragedies from watching movies and video games. How does that work?

I've seen some really gory, violent stuff in movies and video games, but that doesn't desensitize me at all to real people losing their lives on video. Seriously, that's weird, guys.

The reason the Budd Dwyer video doesn't freak me out is because a few years ago we found half of a frozen body in an ice fishing tent.

The rest was strewn around the tent and in the stomachs of a few wolves.

If you can think of anything that would be more horrid than that, please share.
