Yeah I think Treliving should absolutely get credit for handling the expansion draft well. The guy likes to plan ahead and consider all the options. If Treliving is still here for the next expansion, I'm sure that will also go smoothly.

What does it say about teams like the Jets and Islanders who paid pretty steep prices to get Vegas to keep their hands off players who were part of a non-playoff team?

It says that they're badly managed teams. Which is not news.
