Tyler Parsons...

The Knights will now play the top team in the OHL regular season, Erie Otters, in the second round. The series starts Thursday in Erie.

Parsons back in action at 5 PM MT as London takes on Erie. Should be a great series.

Tyler Parsons makes 46 saves to shutout and steal Game 1 against Erie.

London had a total of 12 shots in the game, which is less than Erie had in any one period in the game (15-13-18).

i can see that. very exciting style. thomas couldn't handle the puck to save his life, though, and this kid was voted best puck handling goalie in the ohl coaches poll. a lot to look forward to

Isn't Parsons style regularly compared to Jonathan Quick?

Average sized acrobatic gumby goalie with reflexes a plenty?

Yes and Quick's style was often compared to Kipper's as he was moving up the league

When watching Parsons I see a more goal-saving Joe Colborne type player.

Yeap.

Also, I think it's safe to say at this point that Riley Bruce is probably not going to get an offer from the Flames?

I mean, if there was any interest you'd think they'd at least get him with the Heat on an ATO no?

Bruce was injured for much of the latter part of the season, but he hardly set the world on fire before he got hurt.
