The Stars are winless in their past four games. They lead 2-1 after forty minutes in Carolina.

Yes, since Edmonton is involved in it. Otherwise, no.

Huh, I thought the green guys retired or something. Are these the same ones or a new generation?

Like all Vancouver fans, they go into hiding when their team is bad and act like world champions when they have 50 games of regular season success.

The Predators win their 4th straight game as they beat the Sharkies 4-2 and are perfect so far on this 5 game road trip. Sherwood scored twice in the win. Their 4th goal was an empty net. The win puts the Predators into 8th place in the western conf, just 4 points back of the Kings and Oilers.
The Kings totally dominated the game against the Ducks, but, barely won 3-2 as they had to go to the SO for the 2 points. Gibson was awesome in net for the Ducks as the Kings out shot Anaheim 50-24. Rittich was in net for the Kings and the win puts the Kings into a tie for 6th place in the western conf.
The Wild keep pace with the above winners as they defeated the Kraken 5-2. Zuccarello had 4 assists and Kaprizov with 3 points (2g, 1a). Daccord didn't have a good game in the Kraken net as he was pulled after letting in 4 goals on 13 shots.
The Knights are stumbling and were lucky to get a point as they lost 4-3 to the Senators in the SO. Stephenson scored the tying goal for the Knights with 75 seconds left in reg time. The single point puts the Knights 3 points up on the Kings and Oilers.
The Stars end their 4 game winless streak as they beat the Hurricanes 2-1 in reg time. It was a dull game with the shots being 21-16 for the Stars. The Hurricanes PK was 4/4. Carolina's loss ends their 4 game winning streak.
How about those Rangers! They've won 10 in a row. They were lucky to get the win as Shesterkin made some amazing saves in the 3rd period. Both teams were a combined 0/9 on the PP.
