Awwww yeah we're doing this again, this time for just music. Here's mine:
-Yeezus is just awful to me. I tried to like it, I did, but blech.
-My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is overrated by a lot of people.
-College Droput is the only Kanye album that I'm comfortable calling a "classic"
-I can't get into Childish Gambino's music
-Drake isn't as bad as people make him out to be, but he's not that great either.
-Eminem is so overrated he gets underrated at times.
-The word "classic" gets thrown around too god damn much.
-As of now, I like To Pimp A Butterfly more than Good Kid Mad City. Both albums are fantastic though.
Most of your opinions are going to be agreed with. Yeezus... my word, to even call yourself that makes him a massive tool.
my opinions:
-Lars Ulrich is the least talented successful musician ever. You could slot me in on 2 days notice and I'd play better than him, he's that bad.
-Electronic music is overrated and often just plain bad, many times the technology makes music way worse. e.g. there is an inverse relationship between Reznor's quality of work and the amount of technology available to him
-Pop and hip hop are for the most part completely devoid of passion, most of the music on the radio is 100% focused on profit with absolutely zero care for the artistic merit.

wow, that was brutal. It was like Lars couldn't figure out the downbeat on the riff. Seems like the most basic thing a drummer ought to be able to do.
I know very little about Metallica, but I seem to recall reading in Dave Mustaine's autobiography that Lars was a rich kid who had a good drumset and all the toys, a place to practice, and very supportive parents and that was how he managed to find his way into the music scene as a teenager. it wasn't based on his music ability or prodigious talent.
As for an unpopular opinion, I'll throw out that Pink Floyd and the Doors are both terribly dull, uninteresting bands (though in different ways). How they've managed to become iconic is beyond me.

I find their music annoying and can't stand Freddie Mercury's singing. Bohemian Rhapsody in particular makes me want to jam ice-picks into my ears. I don't understand why they are so heralded by so many. I can't help but think that without the tragic history of the band, that they wouldn't have the legacy that they do.

I am pretty sure you just increased your odds of being hit by a meteor, lightning bolt, or a piano falling out of the sky about a thousand fold by making that opinion public.
The rock gods will not be pleased.

Nirvana isn't even close to the best band to come out of Seattle during the 'grunge' scene.

With every subsequent response to the OP I smile in sick, unsettling, disturbed satisfaction at the potential of the chaos that is about to unfold.
These threads are what the interwebz was made for. Pretentious doesn't even begin to approach what will describe what occurs here. Enjoy the conflict, beautiful people.

I know the thread title is unpopular opinions, but still...
90's hip hop is clearly the best era, but people make this era of hip hop seem like it's complete trash which it isn't. It's radio hip pop that has pretty much ruined the culture but there have been a lot of great underground acts and (shocker) mainstream artist that have been out since 2000-now if you look hard enough. The people who say that hip hop died in the 90's are seriously closed minded.
While we are on this subject, here's another unpopular opinion: 80's hip hop hasn't aged very well.

More about Metallica...yes Lars sucks, but it seems to be working out for them.
But my unpopular opinion is that Load and ReLoad are two amazingly awesome albums. Love them both. The Black album is my second least favourite album next to St Anger.
