Leafs had no business being in that game. The fact that it ended close shows the Caps are a very beatable team.
On the the next one. Best of 3 baby!

Stanley Cup winners rarely made a big splash on deadline day.

So is that it for Ovechkin's series/playoffs? That knee on knee did not look good in slo-mo.

Not knee-on-knee. Not even close.

Without those annoying bells the Washington crowd sure is quiet.
Hopefully the Leafs can steal one in TO and then anything can happen in Game 7.
Even if they lose the next game it's been a great season!

Die Leafs Die.
Hopefully the Caps who have been underwhelming put a knife through their heart of Sunday.

Dirty play by a dirty player.
But the dives afterwards were worse

Love the Leafs. There are going to be so good.
Really entertaining. The Habs, in contrast to the Leafs, are coma inducing.
Don't understand the hate. Who gives a crap what TSN says. Or maybe I don't get force-fed them (cord cutter), so I miss the over hype.
If Winnipeg can get their #### together, all Canadian teams will be relevant (except Vancouver - which suits me fine), and nothing could be better as a fan of the NHL.

Leafs can win this!
Of the 5 games played 4 have gone to OT so I feel that the hockey gods should deem it fair this series goes the full seven.
Marner needs to play like he can and that entire line needs to wake-up. If they can get the PP going they can take this to Game 7. Go Leafs Go!

Hoping the Buds can pull this off. No better learning experience for a young team than to overcome the adversity playing against the best team in the league in the 1st round.

What a game! What a series!
I'd say the Leafs outplayed the Caps in that game, but in OT is was all Caps and you just knew a goal was coming.
Hey Bozak! Hey JVR! Hope you are gone next season!
Everytime that line was on the ice it was complete domination by the Caps. So sick of seeing JVR stand around doing nothing. And Bozak wins faceoffs and then that line loses possession of the puck and are chasing it their whole shift.
Those two stick out like sore thumbs. It makes sense since they are the last two from the decade of suck. Hopefully the Leafs can get rid of one, if not both of those bums this offseason.
