Very active league using STHS 2.0 and Portal v3. Re-rates are based on NHL performance on a 3 year cycle with the most recent year weighing the most in the re-rates.
GMs are expected to be active on the message boards and be on MSN a couple times per week.
We use a salary cap and re-signing is based on a grid, UFAs are free for all.
League is going great and already simming the regular season.
We need a community minded GM who is active and gets along with others.
