When your boss goes on tv and says "Willie has bought into playing the young guys" and the game that night has two young guys scratched and Megna with the Sedins, you sort of put yourself in a bad place.
Megna was 11th in icetime/game for Canuck forwards (so a fourth liner), while Henrik was first and Daniel was 4th. I'm sure Megna played with the Sedins at times, that's because there were literally no other options. The Canucks roster is starved for talent. It's not unusual for role players to get time with the top line. Henrik and Daniel aren't the fastest, nor grittiest of players so natural they need someone to go and do their dirty work for them. Toronto has Hymen in that roll, Chicago has Hartmen, Calgary HAD Chiasson...etc

You'll find out sooner than later that the grass isn't always greener...

I hope Willie finds himself behind another teams bench sooner, rather than later.

Or maybe... just maybe, they aren't that good any more?

This seems like the same kind of damage control heard out of Colorado how it was all Iginla and Beauchemin's fault that the team was ass.

According to this: http://leftwinglock.com/line-combina...V&gametype=ALL

They played more often with Erkisson, Granlund, Sutter, Hansen and Chaput at least this year.

I do to, because he isn't a bad coach.

He just isn't amazing and struggled to adapt and change when he had to or was asked to.

Also, that Caput and Megna were spending any time with the Sedins, especially over younger players near the end of the season is a ####ing travesty, any way you try and cut it.
