Give Kathleen Kennedy some credit here: she certainly made the wise decision to steer clear of letting Zack Snyder helm a Star Wars film (or six, lol)

It's actually quite impressive how they've somehow made Rebel Moon Pt 2 even worse than the first.

Steering clear of Zack Snyder is not exactly a high bar when it comes to wise movie making decisions these days.

For those of you into older movies, or watching some for the first time, check out Midnight Express.
The film centers on Hayes (played by Brad Davis), a young American student, who is sent to a Turkish prison for trying to smuggle hashish out of the country. The film's title is prison slang for his escape attempt. The cast also features Irene Miracle, John Hurt, Bo Hopkins, Paul L. Smith and Randy Quaid.

Plus the fantastic synth soundtrack by Giorgio Moroder.

To think of all the money wasted on Rebel Moon... Snyder wants to make more of them as well! I think we're at the point where I would never watch a Zack Snyder movie. He is just the worst.

This review is pretty funny.

The first Omen was amazing! I was skeptical going into it because I hold the original in such high regard but this was just as good IMO. Amazing cinematography, and very creepy atmosphere with few but effective jump scares.

Great movie but at times hard to watch.

My wife and I watched Hundreds of Beavers last night. Oddest movie I’ve seen in years, but it was a blast. Surrealist black and white live-action animated silent comedy. Like Charlie Chaplin crossed with Yukon Cornelius crossed with Wile e Coyote, on LSD.

I suppose its interesting when couples can watch Porn together.

This one doesnt sound particularly creative though.

Civil War was a suspenseful watch but TBH it kind of missed the mark for me. It was more about the horror of war/violence than social commentary.

I give it an A+ for acting, scene setting and tension. About B- for staying so far removed from the subject matter that it really struggles to say anything at all. If anything the message seems to be war is hell but also kind of addictive.

I'm on a roll with Russell Crowe

Land of Bad also starring Liam Hemsworth was worth the watch.

I think there was about 14 people who watched The Water Diviner, which he directed. It's on Prime. I thought was quite underrated and, to me, is an adventure movie... not too many of those made these days.

I had never heard of this, so I watched a trailer, and now I need to watch it.

Was definitely an odd one stylistically, but there were several moments where I legitimately laughed out loud.

On a flight recently and saw "Bowfinger" pop up on the screen while scrolling. Trying to think, why I have never seen this movie before? I love Steve Martin and like Eddie Murphy, plus Heather Graham is a favorite of mine. Never saw it.

Wish I never had, brutal. Written by Steve Martin, directed by Frank Oz. This has to be the worst thing either has done in their careers. Painful to get through and I sometimes watch bad movies just for fun, this was a slog.

I've never heard of this movie, but after reading your review and watching the trailer I must see this. I MUST!!!
