Not crazy at all. I hate BK but I love their poutine. When I was in my first year at the U of A I could use my meal card at the BK on campus... in my 2nd semester I had it for lunch at least 3 times a week... until one day my heartbeat slowed down to 3 frail beats/minute. After that I slowed it down to a couple times a year.

The Costco poutine is excellent!
Fresh and crispy fries, with abundant gravy and cheese....AND it's frigging huge!
And if you're still hungry grab a hot dog...
Great, now I want to go to Costco after work...thanks guys.

BTW, NYF was good, but damn expensive.
P.S. Touche.

Flaming Potato has it right on this one, King of Subs makes an unbelievable poutine. New York Fries and KFC are not even close.

When, I went back to visit my family in Ontario in September, it's just lucky I still have family in Brantford. Otherwise, I would have had to explain to my wife why we were driving an hour from Toronto to pick up fries from Stan's Chipwagon... Best in the world...!!

Pity for Calgary. Chipwagons are wonderful things. I'm thankful that there's tons of them in Ottawa.

Costco the one time I had it was surprisingly good. I also enjoyed the poutine I had from King of Subs on 52nd street in the NE between temple and whitehorn, across the street from the fire station. Excellent.

Has anyone else been asked if they want to "poutinize" their combo? They have (or had) it at Harveys a while ago.
Me: "I'll have combo number 3 with fries and an ice tea"
Pimply faced kid working at Harvey's: "Is that to stay or to go?"
Me: "To stay"
Pimply faced kid working at Harvey's: "Sir, would you like to POUTINIZE your combo for $0.99?"
Me: "huh?"
Pimply faced kid working at Harvey's *points at a picture of a poutine*: "Poutinize... like turn your fries into a poutine."
I actually laughed out loud.

Red Dog Diner.
You want bacon in that poutine? no problem!
How about other kinds of awesome meat? again no problem!
You might have to go to Lethbridge to get it though.
