I disagree. It doesn't matter if someone is disabled or not, it's not OK to stick your camera in someone's face and make fun of them for no reason. You not only have to be an idiot to do that, you have to be an #######.

Really, we are talking about a 40 year old full grown man going out of his way to embarrass a teen and posting it on the internet.
Apparently achieving a high level of success doesn't make him feel good enough about himself, but he has to harass janitors at the airport.

I'm pretty sure 50 cent was trying to be funny. I would hardly describe it as hateful or harassment or whatever.
That being said, accident or not, it is not ok to make fun of someone with a disability. And it especially is not ok when you're a goddamn celebrity and you post it for millions of people to see.
