And since Bell and Telus are the same network infrastructure, if Telus works so should Bell, and therefore so should PC.

So caution about PC.

I am looking to switch to them, and the agent I called to answer questions was clueless about many of my basic questions (i.e. does your system support IPhones). In order to get answers I had to have him check tech support, and he always came back with an answer that sounded like he was unsure. It was a frustrating experience and I am not even a customer yet.

When I asked if they support IPhone visual messaging, he said he thinks they would. I asked him to confirm, so he went to check with tech support, who told me to ask a store. I asked him to check again and he said "they don't have the tools to check, please go to the store and ask".

Lastly, I emailed them the question, with the following link that brefily talks about IPhone visual messaging, included in my email. PC's responses noted that they don't support the visual messaging since they don't sell IPhones.

Yet, it is my understanding (according to the PC phone agent), if I bring an IPhone bought in Canada, they support the phone.

I can certainly confirm that Rogers/Fido suck equally, no matter the circumstance.

I have been a Fido customer and really don't have any problems with them.

Should have qualified my response. I now spend a fair bit of time in fringe areas, and any side-by-side comparison I have done (when I have no signal/LTE) leaves Rogers lacking.
It's fine in the major corridors.

Heard back confirmation, PC Mobile does not support IPhone visual messaging.

I have heard this little add-on is very useful, so PC my not get my businesses.

Nice to have, for sure. If you've never used it though, then you won't notice it's missing. Dialing 1 for voicemail isn't the end of the world.
