Meh, I'd rather they be focused on the league at this point.

I noticed many League 1 matches were postponed so you did a really good job clearing the pitch!

I've spent a lifetime shovelling. These Brits don't have the same skills, but its not their fault.

So, you're not a Brit, but you're helping clear the field at an English League 1 match? What's your story? I'm curious how this came to be.

We rate a 'Qatar Air' ad? Sweet! When does the Royal Oil money start flowing in?

Is this why Swindon has two games in hand?

I can explain more later, but right now I am on my way to the Brentford Chelsea game.

I moved to west London last May and Brentford is the local team so I have been trying to go to as many games as I can. I think I have been to about 7 games so far this year now.
Back in December I saw a post on the team's website looking for volunteers to help out with forking (working the pitch) during the game so I emailed and volunteered. I was on the pitch during the MK Dons game when the players were coming out, during the half, and after the game. Quite a cool feeling. So I know the head grounds keeper now and help out when I can. For the Tranmere match I saw they needed help clearing the pitch, and because I live around a 25 minute walk from the stadium I decided to help out.
Brentford have been a fun team to support this year, and with plans for a new stadium in a few years will continue to push for more status from the other west London clubs.
