Honestly, you should post your best time anyways. No need to worry about beating the best times if you're far behind, but you'll likely be close to someone else and competition on other times can be fun too!

Fair point. I'll post my best this week. Last week I wasn't able to crack 38 seconds I believe, but my first attempt was 45+, so I'll take it!

This thread is amazing idea. I skipped the WiiU so I'm loving the fact that I get to play MK8D on Switch. I'm not really feeling the grand prix right now, but these time trails just hit the spot for me.

2:06 is quick -- I did a couple 'feeler' runs last night and my best was 2:10 and change (using the library shortcut on all three laps instead of the front yard one). I'll have to get down to business!

Seems like you should have to post a pic that actually shows the course along with the time, rather than just a time. Pretty easy to cheat otherwise, and there's so much incentive.
