Yea it's still a long way off but they just released a new gameplay trailer and it looks great:


The first one was fun despite lacking a lot of polish...this one looks like a really big improvement. Of note they changed his whole look and voice actor for this game.

Why did they change how he looks and talks...this is a video game! I hate when Sequels in movies change the actors and this is no different

Sorry but how the heck was the first one lacking polish? Game was a 90+ reviewed title... it was terrific!

i just hated how the designers cheaped out on the good. vs evil aspect, no matter how you played the game or what decisions you made, the ending was the exact same. compared to a game like Mass Effect where decisions you make can have a huge impact, it seemed so shallow

This is what I meant when I said it wasn't polished enough. But to be fair, Mass Effect is an rpg and Bioware had double the amount of people working on it plus previous experience with good/bad story lines.

Infamous was also not a pretty looking game(explosions were nice though) and there were a lot of glitches and pop up. They didn't have time to direct the in game movies, that's why the characters mostly stood around talking and they relied on comic panels to tell the story(which I didn't mind).

But for a team of around 80 members it was a good first effort...assassin's creed had like 400 people working on it.

looks pretty sweet....i like the wall riding. Really enjoyed the first game but like most people here have no idea why they felt they needed to change the look of the character. Unless it follows a different guy....who happens to also be called Cole....
