What people keep forgetting with this schedule, though, is that the Oilers got to play the Flames 4 times while the Flames had to play the Oilers. I know which schedule I'd rather have.

You mean got to play the bad Flames? Yeah, honestly as an opposing team I would relish getting to face the Flames prior to figuring out their system. They were bad.

Totally disorganized team defence, Wideman, goalies couldn't stop a beach ball.

Pretty different now, though. Even in their losses. Except for Johnson doing his best October Elliott impression.

That's nice, makes me really want a playoff series against the Oiler's right now, because frankly I think the Oilers got down in Flames and the beating is so bad that Connor demands a trade to an Easter Conference team.
