If I remember though, Calgary's owners as well as Toronto's BC's were favorable to selling. I'll see if I can find anything.

The original plan was for Vince to just buy the argo's and they were all over that. However the debate between the owners was that Vince would wreck the Canadian game.

At the time of the preliminary inquiry of buying the league, the CFL was in terrible shape financially as well.

I googled for it but all I found was someone mentioning it in a reddit thread. In any case I doubt the CFL would exist anymore if Vince got a hold of it.

I liked how they kept changing his position on the onscreen description as he was going over the stories of how Holtz kept moving him around

Today the second episode of the ESPN 30 For 30 Podcast series was released and it was another interesting episode. Highly recommend it for anyone who's a fan of the documentaries or podcasts in general.

Are there just a whole bunch that TSN skips? There's a bunch that never have come on.

I’m not sure. Sometimes they air them at random times. Last one I saw was Chuck and Tito.

Looking at the list, I think you’re right. I’ve seen the Joey Chestnut one, Deion, 42-1. But I’ve never seen the episode about the female driver at the Indy 500 on before. Or Rodman.

You can't pvr them properly. They show up on TSN as the title of the episode for some of them. So annoying.

Speaking of 30 for 30 anyone here know of an avenue to legally download the the whole collection? Anything I have come across so far is only available to those living in the USA.

If you haven’t noticed by now TSN is replaying pretty much all of them. They’ve also shown some really good ESPN films content so keep an eye out for that too. Fab Five, Roll Tide/War Eagle etc.

I think I’ve seen pretty much everyone they’re replaying but it’s nice to have them on the PVR for a rainy day.

I watched the first half of Lance last night and it was alright. It looks like everything will be in the 2nd half on Sunday thought. First half was only up to his first Tour win and the cortisone "saddle sores".

I enjoyed the one on the Orlando Magic that they aired recently. It pairs nicely with The Last Dance, covering more of what was happening in the NBA during Jordan's baseball break.
And right now I'm in the middle of the Michael Vick two-parter. That one isn't as strong as I would have hoped, but still worth watching.

The Vick was is well worth the watch.

The Flair one was somewhat sad and hilarious at the same time as well.

I love the football related ones, they always seem to really go the extra in those.

Ben Johnson comes across as infinitely more likeable than Carl Lewis.

Did I ever like part one of Lance. I love how direct he is. The guy may be a lying piece of #### but at least he seems kind of genuine. A really fascinating story. Especially now that everyone can tell the truth.

Does TSN show these on the same night as they air on ESPN? I'm really interested in watching the Bruce Lee one on June 4.
