Big Brother 21 - Premieres June 25
BB21 starts on Tuesday
Cast: https://bigbrothernetwork.com/big-brother-21-cast/
From fan speculation, it sounds like all or most of the cast is made up of pairs of houseguests who already know each other.

I don't understand their casting decisions. Why cast exclusively 20-30 year olds and continue to throw in the token old person that has has absolutely no chance of going anywhere? Totally wasted spot. If they want some older guests they should bring in at the very least 3 or 4 in the range of late 30's to 50.

I’ll watch as always, and more than likely enjoy it, but this does seem like their least inspired casting in a while.

Interesting twist that some of the houseguests already know each other. I hope the old guy can last more than a week this time

First eviction you have a lot of younger people that don't know each other so they have to get rid of someone and the out of place, old guy is usually the easiest candidate to put up for eviction because it's not going to upset a anyone in the house. Maybe the show puts these older people in just as a first week sacrifice thing to ensure the personalities they like at least get a chance to play the game?

That could very well be the case. This year's group seems.....underwhelming?

Time will tell as for all we know there's a couple loose cannons, meatheads, or even the next great player in this group.

I've been watching/following live feeds and the cast is definitely off to a rough start. Lots of cattiness, bordering on bullying. A couple of pairs have already hooked up. Would love in the future for them to cast more older HGs and more people in stable relationships. Really not a fan of some of the HGs knowing each other; it's such an unfair advantage
My early feelings, so far:
Like: Tommy, Kat, Kemi, Nicole, Cliff
Neutral: Holly, Jessica, Ovi, Bella (bordering on like), Sam (bordering on dislike), David (evicted)
Dislike: Analyse, Jackson, Christie, Nick
Hate: Jack (vile, mean, egotistical d-bag)

I read that Ovi and Kemi have been the biggest targets of bullying in the house. It sounds very cliquey and high schoolish in there. Jack has been the biggest bully so far.
I like Cliff. Based off looks I thought he was going to be an obnoxious MAGA cowboy but he's really self-aware and gaming hard right now. He's an old-school superfan.
According to Jackson, him and Kathryn slept together before the feeds turned on.
It's early, but I kinda have a bad feeling about this cast.

The unwarranted and disgusting hateful comments are just getting worse. I'm close to being done with this season already.

Well that's an interesting twist. At the very least, the returnee won't be so clueless when they come back to the game.
Boo to Jack winning.

I have to say, I like the Camp Comeback twist.

Does it prevent big shifting moves though? Just seems like a reason to not rock-the-boat as even if you succeed the person is there to reveal all your cards, sabotage your game and potentially come back.
I'm afraid we will be stuck with a bunch of "voting with the house" to not become the target of the evictees wraith.

I still feel it's a decent twist as it's something new and for a while now I've felt that the people that get evicted first week or two get a raw deal because nobody ever gets to know them or if they could have been a good player as most of the time they are evicted more because they got the shortest straw than anything.

I am. Shaping up to be a weak season but thankfully CBS has finally given in and started showing a slightly more realistic edit of the dbaggery from Jack and Jackson. And portrayed Bella as the psycho she really is.
I wish David would have brought up the race angle in his interview with Julie because even though I don’t think the noms were strictly based on race, it would have been nice to shed some light on the casting of horrible people so frequently.

Kind of funny how the comp to get back into the house turned out - didn't see that one coming. The show seems to have a history of casting horrible people
