There are some nice looking ones on eBay ($150+) and then the cheap looking ones made in Asia (typically $10-$30). I don't have any personal experience with either, but I think you'll probably get what you pay for (I've heard the gold finish actually rubs off on the cheap ones if you handle them too much; on the more expensive ones, you can tell from the photos that the detail is better, suggesting better quality).

Have one just in case of what? You lose your real ring because you are secretly a Stanley Cup champion?

Yes. Buy at least 20. Since you didn't provide a team, picture, price or link, I'm assuming 20 is the minimum. I would say you might want to go as high as 439.

I picked up a replica Flames ring on Ebay a while back. It looks good, not 100% perfect compared to a real ring but its good quality. I believe I paid about 150 for it. Looks good.

Buying one of these rings is the same as buying a fake Rolex. If you think it's cool, then go for it.

Different strokes for different folks I suppose...

Not really, it is like buying a fake Rolex, with and inscription from Donald Trump on the back thanking you for your exceptional design work on the Taj Majal.... yet you work at an Arby's in Didsbury.

OP stated its for in a display case of memorabilia. Not to wear to the bar in an attempt to get laid...

I don't understand why you would want to display fake memorabilia thought? Isn't the point of having a memorabilia collection to actually have real items?

Everyone on Calgarypuck should buy one of these, then give a friendly nod when we run into someone else wearing one around town.

It's hilarious how much people care about what others do.
