Frick, I'm going to be mad if they ditch those awesome jerseys. The only way they can kind of make it up is to bring back the retro whites. Why does this team hate traditional, classic jerseys? Our current set is terrible, at least bring back the 04 edition.

Unless something drastically changes, Im pretty sure they did ditch the retro's.

I can see our new 3rds being the template for the new release of jersey's come time when we change them.

I would've thought that Brian Burke, being a fan of tradition, would be in high support of a classic set. Maybe they're just doing a slight redesign of the jersey and revealing the home/away kit as a set?

Could happen I suppose. Unlikely, but maybe.

If anybody is still looking for some cheap 3rds, River City has a labour day sale on. They're on for $65 with an additional 25% off. so $49 after the discount. Not as good but still cheap.

Looks like they only have smalls left, but kids/infants are on sale too.

Thanks. The 25% off was on everything in store including already discounted stuff. They had stamps youth jerseys already on sale so I picked one up along with some other stuff (the XL youth fits the same as an adult small).
