Sabres extend an offer to C Curtis McKenzie
we actually drafted this dude but didn't sign him to a contract as he never did much in the NCAA but the story was always his game might transfer better to pro hockey which seems to be the case as he is ~PPG in AHL

Also odd that he is eligible for the draft (19) even though he's in the AHL

interesting pickup, had been researching him in Buffalo also, has been passed over in the draft twice but is on the Caps radar ; suspect he will get a look this year

I haven't been adding guys that aren't going to be used. I will eventually but it is a lot of wasted effort as the sim always deletes them at end of year when we re-rate. So then I have to re-add them again - and so on.
If it is a guy you think you'll be using let me know and I'll add him. But if it is a low rated player that you have no intention of dressing, then no rush.
