Flo Rida - Low falls into a one hit wonder, I think all his other songs have the same beat

This whole thread is just my ipod. Best thread ever.

Can't seem to get the videos to work. But my votes are for Ridin Dirty by Chamillionaire. Lose Conrol,Kevin Federline. And Holliday Inn, Chingy.

My god K Fed sucks.

Just popular music, which was either awful hip-hop made for the club, or Nickleback type rock for most of the decade. I guess there was emo too, some of that was tolerable.

There was actually a ton of great music from that decade, just most of it wasn't played on the radio.

As terrible as Chingy was/is, he was not a one hit wonder. Right Thurr was probably a bigger hit than Holidae Inn

Cashier named Delilah at the edo by my high school when this song was big. I was one of the idiots who thought it would be funny to say "Hey there Delilah". Not impressed.

Did these guys have another hit?

It's a bummer that Chamillionaire is a one hit wonder. I'm a fan of him, and his follow up album was really good! Just wasn't considered poppy/catchy enough for radio. He still releases the occasional single, but now mainly dabbles in investing in tech companies.

You should start the counter thread to this thread (I am serious).

Either Top-40 went to #### in the 2000s, or I got old and out of touch. i'm quite convinced it is the former.

I'm so off the radar with music, actually just heard that song for the first time last year and was playing it a lot like it was new. I figured it was a couple years old, couldn't believe when I saw it was from 2009 Lol. My music IQ is below Forrest Gump level..

And extra props for Mario, that was the tail end of my full blast bar star years, back when I thought I was smooth. Forgot all about that jam

Its funny growing up when your in your teens and early 20s and even to the 30's you look at people like your parents who are stuck in the past musically with a level of contempt. You swear to yourself that I'm always going to love the new music and styles that come out and your going to be cool and hip and up to date.

And then suddenly it happens.

What the hell kind of music is that?

This hippity hoppity stuff is just crap?

In my day we had awesome music, every band was classical, Iron Maiden, the Who, LZ, Flock of Seagulls and T'pau were all awesome and nobody rocks like Ratt.

All you kids and your new autotuned lip synced synth heavy scratchy record crap is garbage. Listen to this mix cassette that I put together for your mother, that's music you punk.

Now get off of my lawn while I listen to this Benny Goodman LP

You guys... this is easily the biggest one-hit wonder of the 00's.
