If you are being serious, you know nothing about hockey. 1 person got 50 goals in the NHL last season, next closest was 43.
For you, I hope you are trying to be a troll, because otherwise don't follow hockey.

If he plays every NHL game this season, I think Gaudreau will be in the 15-20 goal range.
If he adapts perfectly to the NHL, he may some day score 50... but it sure as hell won't be his rookie season.

If Gaudreau played 80 games in the NHL next season I could see 20 goals and 30 assists for 50 points. If he played 75 games in the AHL I could see 35 goals and 45 assists for 80 points.

Hey guys, I didn't know it was wrong for someone to wear rose colored glasses. This is definitely not the topic to prove to everyone how knowledgeable you are of hockey. So what if someone is having a good day? is it really such a bad thing? 
Anyways seems like a much better topic than waiting to finish 29th(poll) next
year and have a high draft pick.

If he plays the full year I think he will score more than Monahan did last year. At least more points and assist, possibly more goals too. Monahan had a great year but was not an offensive force to be reckoned with. Johnny will be.
