NHL 15 Top 50 Player Ratings
A bit old, but here it is.
http://www.easports.com/nhl/news/201...player-ratings
Sidney Crosby not surprisingly is in first with a rating of 96. They also really bumped up the overalls for a lot of players.
Gio not in the list
(Sorry if been posted, I haven't seen it)
Edit: also sorry if I should've posted in a different sub-forum, I just thought more would see it here

If Giordano is still 85 overall I'll officially give up on EA.

I agree that Backes deserves to be in the top 50 list but how can you leave off Lucic?

Does this really qualify as "news"?

Where is Schultz on this list? Are EA unaware that he has Norris trophy potential?

He'll be rated the same or higher than Giordano. Gotta love EA.

EA's rating system is terrible, but your post makes even less sense. According to you, Stamkos doesn't deserve to be top on this list because he wasn't a top 30 scorer? And Giroux doesn't belong there because he was snubbed for the Olympics?
Okay.

Okay.

Okay my post was just a comparison of the EA list to the Canadian Olympic team and the top 30 scorers.
That was a completely mechanical exercise.
My opinion was clearly stated:

You have to see why I can't take any of your comments on my post seriously.
They just don't make any sense.

Don't give a damn what ea thinks. Our guys will prove themselves on the ice in the real season. They're a bunch of sucks-loving hongcouverites anyways.

Crazy Kane is rated less than Hossa. Suter higher than Doughty is a laugh as well. Kesler at 90 is a complete joke. He hasn't played hockey with his broken down body since the playoff series against Nashville.

Defensive ratings are weighted more heavily than offensive ratings, that's why we see Hossa ahead of Kane, Suter ahead of Doughty, etc., etc.

So it's like real life now. Offensive play it seems is meaning less and less.
