Interestingly, Daniel Sprong, a right winger with the Charlottetown Islanders expected to be a top ten pick, is now listed as 6' and 192 lbs. I'll be watching him a lot this season.

Sprong was one of those guys that was going to jump the rankings rather quickly. If the Flames do play decent hockey, I'd love to pick him around 8-12.

For those living in the lower mainland, the Giants are having a mini tourney next weekend with the Rockets, Blazers and Royals. Games are $10 a person (they charged my 4 yr old daughter this much which I thought was BS). Games are at the Sun God Arena in North Delta. Giants have Baer/Osipov who are 2015 draft eligible and Kelowna has Merkley. These guys made the tsn 2015 futures list so should be top 90 picks next year. Opisov looks like a mean stay at home d with some upside from what I saw tonight

Agreed. By the way, the new height/weight data come from the Islanders' website.

If the Flames play better than they did last year and manage to play out of the top 5, I would love to take Sprong. I would also like the Flames to grab a late 1st round pick with some sort of deadline deal and pick up Werenski. Two top end prospects in our weakest spots would be awesome.

Also, isn't Kylington a right handed shooter?
