Hearing that the 7/11 that was on McLeod closed because of rampant theft and abuse of the staff. We can't have good things if there's such little respect for our business and such weak enforcement. I don't know what the solution is, it seems desperate times coupled with the opioid epidemic have just made things worse.

Yup. Being a block away from the 39th Ave LRT station probably didn't help. Nearly every time I went past or into that 7/11, there were dodgy characters outside.
Turns out, wage theft is an even bigger issue than those responsible for wage theft are trying to make retail theft out to be. Who’s going to be the first poster to propose breaking employers legs?
