I wasnt sure Liverpool were going to pull that off if I'm honest.

With the Flames on a 9-game winning streak I was prepared for the Universe requiring balance.

That being said, I'll take it!

Millwall fans? Racists? I'll never believe it! They've always been fine upstanding and law-abiding citizens!

Quote:
LONDON -- The Football Association (FA) is aware of alleged racist chanting by Millwall supporters in Sunday's 6-0 defeat at Tottenham in the FA Cup quarterfinal, but it will wait for information from the match officials, police and both clubs before deciding on any action.

Tottenham forward Son Heung-Min, who is from South Korea, was subjected to chants of "DVD" and "he's selling three for a fiver" from sections of the away support, numbering around 3,700, at White Hart Lane -- a racist reference to his ethnicity.

My racism game is weak and half the things the English say are likely racist to someone. I'm going to have to ask for an explanation.

I have no idea what those terms mean.

You don't know what a DVD is? What kind of Luddite are you?!

I have no idea either though. All I know is that Son picked up a hattrick, Janssen scored from open play and Spurs are headed to Wembley! The semi finals will be a pair of good games and from that we should have a good final as well. The win today may have been costly though as Kane twisted his ankle and left before ten minutes.

United have no strikers available for tomorrows FA Cup game at Stamford Bridge. Zlatan is suspended, Rashford is ill and both Martial and Rooney are injured. That one's going to be a real treat ... probably Fellaini up top or something like that. Awesome.

Rooney, who missed the Europa League round-of-16 trip to Russia for last Thursday's 1-1 draw against FC Rostov, was injured in training on Sunday following a collision with teammate Phil Jones.

Its about time Phil Jones finally hurt someone other than Phil Jones.

He was due.

Not the first time he's injured Rooney. Gave him a Harry Potter scar a few years back

It was 0-0 40 minutes in when I posted. Didn't see the 2nd half as I went to get some sleep before the Flames game.

Here is the explanation.

Before and after games, some people, predominantly Asian, go round pubs trying to flog counterfeit DVDs of movies, some of which are still out on general release.

Hence the chanting.

Those DVD sellers sure know their market. At Arsenal pubs we get offered three for a tenner.

Agreed. But this is a country where having mango and beef stew on a menu is considered racist.

God, I hope this is just an elaborate ploy by Mourinho, and that one or two of Rooney/Rashford/Martial, miraculously arrive at the Bridge tomorrow.

I always feel like both teams can never be successful simultaneously.

The Millwall fans on Twitter were telling writers 'its not that bad' and 'there has been worse before'

A few had to remind them racism is not a scale

I'm somewhat surprised Millwall behaved outside of that

Spurs did take down the ad boards, but stewards in hard hats, and had multiple cameras taking pictures of every Millwall fan as they entered

Kane didn't look too bad so I hope it's not long

Seemed precaution to take him out he wasn't in pain

Also they only have Southampton at home then the international break so he could be out 3 weeks and miss 1 game

I get the feeling that this is going to be a Jose Mourinho bus parking extravaganza.
