More crazy bulls--t from team Trump and the GOP.

In 2013, the Department of Justice and the National Institute of Standards and Technology formed a commission to engage independent experts to improve the reliability of forensic evidence. The National Commission on Forensic Science, made up of scientists, judges, attorneys, researchers and law enforcement officials is tasked with making recommendations to the DOJ concerning the validity of forensic science, how quality control in forensic labs can be improved and what protocols should govern evidence seizure, testing and analysis.
But Sessions has had enough with these meddling scientists. He plans to scrap the commission and replace it with an in-house adviser and maybe some other commission – presumably a more prosecution-friendly one. He and his friends at the American Association of District Attorneys who supported the move have indicated they prefer that standards for prosecutions are left up to prosecutors. The Washington Post reported that Sessions has also ordered the FBI to stop its review of past cases involving suspect evidence.

you should learn to read, and then work on comprehension.

Salty tears? we're in Canada, for us this is mostly like watching a car crash as you drive to Grandma's, you're the one that's in the crash.

TFF, how do you feel about Trump abandoning America First and more or less doing what the globalists and neocons want him to do?

LOL. Cute.
You've demonstrated your ignorance and intellectual abilities numerous times in this thread.
Please explain to us again how the oil collapse was Obama's fault.

We see and read about folks living in alternate fantastical realities where facts don't exist, but it's always a bit of a shock and a head shaker when you see one on a message board. I'll never get used to it. It's super weird.

By the way does anyone have that crazy image from MSNBC showing democrat and republican support for air strikes on Syria after the chemical attack in 2013 vs support under Trump?
That one image is the current Republican party explained in a nutshell, the party of No under Obama, now that Trump is in power, yay lets bomb stuff.

Pretty much.
Complain that Trump didn't get approval from congress but applaud the response to Syria.
Obama goes to congress to get approval as is desired, they say no, and now point the finger to say the previous administration did nothing.
Eat your cake and eat it too type of thing.
If I recall what Boehner has said, Obama had about 12 Republicans including Boehner who was speaker but that wasn't enough.

Party over country.
That's the Republican motto and they've stuck to it with a petulant doggedness that would almost be admirable if it wasn't so abhorrent.

Yeah I heard that, Democrat support for Obama bombing Syria in response to the chemical weapons in 2013 was 38%. Democrat support for Trump bombing Syria, 37%.
Republican support for bombing Trump bombing Syria, 83%. Republican support for Obama bombing Syria, 22%.

That is about as condemning of a statistic about the state of the Republican party as you can find.

Politically speaking, what's the problem with this? They just swept the house and senate.

Like the Nuclear option in the Senate they are just ensuring hyper partisanship growing from the previously willing to compromise Democrats, you can see it now with the attack on Booker for voting against that flawed drug costs bill in the senate, and lots of other examples, the populism in the left is up in arms and that will have a big affect the next few election cycles at least.
The big issue, still and will always be that what congress passes into law does not reflect the polling on issues, they lean conservative, as does the senate, yet the country has moved left by all measures. This is only going to get worse for the Republican party as demographics are in favor of the Democratic party, that is if they successfully unite the progressives and corporate democrats.
Mid terms will be fascinating either way, I think that just like the Democrats kind of needed a loss with Hillary to wake up to the reality of the middle and lower class being infuriated with the establishment, the Republicans need the same to happen now, especially now that it seems Trump is passing exactly the opposite of what he promised, cuts that will hurt his base, helping the rich, and that will have a serious impact I think on the mid terms, and of course in 2020.
