But... you have to. You have to have a fanbase that purchases tickets. That's how a most crucial aspect to the health of a hockey franchise.

Yes, I'm not denying that, but there are a lot of other things that are going well and beginning to turn around. I've said it all along that the fans will start to return once the Panthers win with regularity. The fan experience at the game is on par with most of the league. Once the building gets a little more full people will stop talking about attendance. Winning will fix a lot of the problems with attendance, and they're starting to piece it together. Still another couple years away from filling the building with any regularity though.

And the cheap seats in Miami, are really cheap. Selling them does not generate much.
