Do you know perhaps what the cost of the 3 bedroom suite is?

935,000

From one of my associates holding an open house at this property on the weekend, they believe an offer is going in on it (or already has)

Let me know if you want any further details.

Wow that is quite the jump. Is the price reflected in the builders luxury materials? I imagine a condo like this doesn't skimp on any of its construction.

If you had the 20% down, would it be wise to get into something like this (new modern condo + location) rather than say a starter home out in Nolan Hill?

I think for me, I am willing to compromise space for modern interiors + location but I've been on the fence about house vs condo.

I am not sure how you can compare a starter home in Nolan Hill to the 565k 2 bedroom or 900k+ 3 bedroom condos in LIDO.

The first thing you need to decide on is location or square feet. Once you have this figured out it is easy to see which direction you are headed. Factor in the budget and it narrows your search even further.

Ah no sorry, I was more referring to the 2 bedroom posted as the price would be similar. Was more just wondering what the jump would be like from 2 to 3 bedrooms at a place like this.

Yes you are correct, I think once you factor in location it really narrows the options down to one of the newish condos near downtown. Thanks for the information!
