Would like a few more wins before I start cheering for wildcard teams getting 3 point games.

I know people are getting comfy with our playoff chances but a 3 point game would suck, why would you want that? Is this a reverse jinx?

LA wins and we lose and our lead on them is back to 6 points and they'll have a game at hand and they play the yotes tomorrow so there's a very good chance it could be 4 by tomorrow night. All of the sudden those 3 games against them would be huge.

too much focus on just Calgary/LA

there are 6 teams in the race and 5 will make the playoffs...no three point games please

The BJs get two nice goals in the span of one minute. The Flyers get one back, 2-1 Columbus. The previous four games between these teams have gone into overtime or shootout.

The Lightning and Rangers are tied 1-1. I do not know what it is with these two teams, many of the games are on Monday nights. They also played last Monday where the Rangers won 1-0 in overtime.

Yep, I'm leaning towards for 2 points in regulation for Louie. Helps the Flames.

I'm personally fine with the Oilers getting in as, say, the WC2 and getting potentially ripped apart by Chicago. It would be a humbling experience for Oiler fans. If they miss, then sure it's great, though if they do better next year in the regular season they'll be possibly even more insufferable, and talk about contention and god knows what. Getting their butts handed to them in the first round will calm them down a bit at least and show them just how far they have yet to go, and how little the regular season (and season series) matter in comparison.

Kind of like what playing the Ducks in 2015 did for the Flames. It's a good, humbling experience that that team sorely requires.

For the time being I'll just continue hoping the Oilers lose all their remaining games rather than hope other wildcard teams rack up the points, thank you very much!

I almost want St Louis to win and put some more crushing pressure on the Oil

horrible challenge by the Jets. fastest review I've ever seen, took like 10s. not sure who told them to challenge, but they're blind. very obviously on side.

Wouldn't an LA win do that?

This idea that we're in and the Oilers are in trouble is ridiculous. We have ONE more point, with 14 games to play.

The Oilers still have a higher chance of getting in according to spořsclubstats.

So can we please gear down the cockiness?

And the Oilers schedule is a fair bit easier than ours down the stretch. I can't see them missing.

Islanders losing, Ho-Sang with a goal!

Tampa wins. They be coming for that last playoffs spot.

Both goalies for the Islanders are not playing well. The Hurricanes are blowing them out of their own arena, it is 7-4 for Carolina.

Brayden Point scores the winning goal for the Lightning with 6:39 left as they beat the Rangers 3-2 in regulation time.

Anybody know where I could watch the LA/StL game without having to see another Hockey Central episode after the Flames game?

It would be nice to catch as much of that game as possible. Currently local in YYC so I don't know which channel I could turn to?

Thx

Just need Vancouver to beat Boston and this could be a pretty good OOT for the Leafs.

It's available on the SNO and SNE feeds if you have access to them (916/917 on Telus).
