So Fellaini is starting again in the midfield, makes me think he's not in for the weekend.

How does United not have a single shot on target against a team that doesn't even have a Twitter account? Maybe Jose really is going full tank to get out of Europa League.

Lol, 1 shot on net in total. Rooney is subbed on, & shortly there-after Ibra makes it 1-0. Surely, that's the way this thing closes out.

Ended up going to the Bayern Munich and FC Koln game today.

Great atmosphere at the Alianz Arena.

Kimmich continued his hot streak but Bayern could only manage a draw.

You know what I love about goal line technology? They still manage to get the adidas logo on the ball

And its always facing the right way!

Spurs got lucky on a poor finish and an excellent call.

Spuds are only in this by some excellent goalkeeping and the grace of God.

Lloris pretty much earns that point by himself. And Leicester are pretty much through to the knockout stage.

the save was incredible

tale of two halves really

hit the post twice in the first half and had 2 or 3 other half chances, plus scored on a pass that was rightfully called back inches offside, then Leverkusen pressed up and went for it in the 2nd half

Spurs did have chances to make something on the break but couldn't pick the right pass, I would have brought N'Koudou on earlier for some speed to counter

either way a point was good. 2nd place in the group with 2 of 3 games left at Wembley and the away game is shortest travel just to Monaco

Leicester with more points in the Champions League than the Premier League in late October is a bold move

Means they can start resting guys in the PL to get them ready for the knockout stages. Obviously their whole season now is about CL.

ya it already started, Mahrez didnt play on the weekend

it makes sense now, they are already basically 8 points back of top 4, but they are rest assured a spot in the CL KO stages unless something drastic happens so they have that until at least Late February

they probably prioritize league/FA cup games too going forward as well

Spurs are in good shape I think, obviously depending on how things go at Wembley. I also was a little surprised not to see N'Koudou (and I am surprised we haven't seen more of him at times in general because he adds an element that not many others bring). I thought that Spurs were better with Janssen there to hold up and create chances that way as well.

The troubling thing for Spurs in general isn't new though. They play a great first half and let teams hang around. That was the problem yesterday where for one reason or another they didn't score. We saw it this weekend against WBA as well. Its one thing to say "they got unlucky" and when it happens once or twice, it is probably the case, but when it happens more often its more concerning. I don't know if the other teams adjust at half and Spurs just don't or what the issue is, but it seems to me to be a running trend.

Dinamo Zagreb only a -8 goal differential after three matches.

It pisses me off the club has no ambition and they are just content with developing players, then selling them. I know corruption is hard to root out, but it is still annoying.

It's actually surprising they are so good at developing talent.

I like City leaving Aguero on the bench, best they looked all year were the games without him.
